Jewelry & Accessory Design
I am Mahsa Ahmadi, a jewelry and accessory designer with a background in industrial design. I draw on culture, history, nature and symbolism, and I care most about the smallest details — the ones a wearer notices long after the first look.

About
I studied industrial design and have six years of experience in jewelry design, sometimes working part-time and sometimes as a consultant—developing jewelry, watches and accessories from initial concept through to hand-off for modeling and production. The collections below are a selection, and I will continue adding more work.
I am drawn to work that blends cultural heritage with contemporary form. A piece can carry a myth, a queen, a letter of an alphabet, and still sit quietly on a hand.
I design from initial concept through to hand-off for modeling and production. The casting and production are done by the workshops and houses I design for.
Production work
From 2019 to 2021 I worked as a consultant for Vitaly in Toronto, designing contemporary pieces in stainless steel to the brand's identity and to trend research.
Proxy and Spark remain available through Vitaly, years after their original development.

“Inspired by the organic form of a flame, this contemporary ring is defined by a curved fissure running through its center.”

“Inspired by bionic enhancements, the Proxy is a streamlined ring that hinges at the knuckle, allowing it to seamlessly mirror the movements of your finger.”
